This is Marks Crucial C300 256GB, running in SATA 2, IDE

Can't see that well on the phone how do my scores compare to others? Is the reason two drives in raid and sata 3 maybe?

Only a pleb would leave the it in IDE mode.......

What would be the difffernce if a Sata 3 card was installed?

You would have the full 600MB/s bandwidth of SATA3.

- Read: Up to 355MB/sec
- Write: Up to 215MB/sec

are the specs of the Crucial C300, it doesn't say if that is SATA2 or 3 spec. It's already beating the write speed according to ATTO.
