I would go with either off these, big fan of both companies

Razer Megalodon 7.1 Surround Sound Headset

    Or

Logitech G35 7.1 Surround Sound Headset

I've been wanting to buy the Razor headset and their awesome 2.1 speaker, but ouch at that price I've only JUST persueded myself to spend ?100 on their new mouse, had my finger hovering over the buy button since pre-order LOL

Gaming headphones are shite....get some sennhieser 555s or 595s and a seperate clip on mic.
I am now immersed in surround sound (5.1) from my 595s ( stereo headset) and the sound quality is awesome....i had some 5.1 sharkoon headphones which i thought were the dogs till i bought these.....no comparison.....the bullets whizzing past your head and the bass from the grenades that go off is incredible.
I also got me a xi-fi soundcard for £43 off the bay to enhance the sound even more.

Are the new Razor one in my link as badly made, I had heard they're better built than previous models?
