Downtime - 18th July
Notice from our hosting provider
Important service message
Dear Customer,
We pride ourselves on our maintenance of service and hardware and as a result, every now and then, we need to make some tweaks to ensure we can continue to meet our high standards.
In order to perform general maintenance and enhance our security measures we need to reboot all VPS nodes operating on Linux.
We have scheduled this for 12.30am on 18th July 2011 in order to provide notice and minimise disruption to our customers. The re-boot will take approximately 2 hours and therefore during this time, your VPS Linux package will be down and inaccessible. However, we aim to minimise the interruption and will have things back up as quickly as possible.
Full functionality will return as soon as the re-boot is complete and we hope the timing of the maintenance will result in minimum disturbance to your service. However, should you experience any problems following the re-boot, please contact our support team on
