    Default Intel Q9400 - Asus P5Q Deluxe

Been having a play with my bedroom rig.
The aim was just to maximise fsb & RAM performance while still keeping temps and noise down (it is my bedroom and the PC is running 24/7). As you can see CPU is at 100% load (WCG ) using the Zalman CNPS10x the temps are ok. And noise levels are acceptable.
With these settings the RAM is running at its rated speed.

    - Intel Q9400 2.66GHz @ 3.2GHz 8x400

    Intel Q9400 6MB cache 2.66GHz
    Asus P5Q Deluxe
    8GB 4x 2GB GEIL DDR2 6400
    EVGA 8800GTS 640MB Superclocked
    2x WD 1TB Black RAID0 on Intel ICH10R
    750GB Samsung F1
    Corsair HX 650 watt PSU
    Zalman CNPS10X Extreme CPU Cooler
Antec P180 Special Edition* "Mirror Finish"

I'm gonna grab a couple of new fans for the top and back, and either use a Zalman CNPS9900 (I have laying around) or just buy a Corsair A50. We'll see.

I'm still using the Zalman CNPS10X Extreme.
I had to restart this PC a couple of weeks ago, so I thought I would up the oc while I was at it. I set it to 8x 410 for 3.280GHZ.
Temps are still acceptable so I will probably up it again the next time I restart.
Below is the new WEI score and CPU-Z and RealTemp (loaded with Prime95).
As I have said before this isn't about ultimate overclock just optimizing really

Yeah this CPU & Mobo combo has been great for me, it's been running 24/7 since I got it.
    Rock Solid
A couple of the sata ports are in a stupid place, but the rest are right-angled so no problems.
