    Default Chrome Extensions

I thought it was about time I started a thread about Chrome, and some of the extensions I use.
I've been using Chrome for a while now and find it very good.

For instance I use the Facebook extension which adds a like button, and if you right-click on a page you can share any page on your timeline, your friends timeline, to a group or to a page you manage.

I also use this Twitter button to tweet whatever page I am on. It's the best one I have tried.

The best extension is this version of NoScript, when you use this you realise how many external resouces sites use, and why extension like this are a very good step in securing your browser.
I have found the whitelist very handy as I can just copy n paste it to a txt file to add it to other systems.

As I use Norton Internet Security I have the Norton Identity Protection extension too.

After using these handy extensions it's hard to go back to IE, especially as you have none of the compatability issues.

I've recently started using a new Chrome Extension, DNT+ or to give it it's full name Do Not Track Plus.
They do an extension for Chrome or a TPL (Tracking Protection List) for Internet Explorer.

    ABINE - Do Not Track

I prefer the extension method to the TPL of IE as it's easier to control, and you have quick access to see what is happening.

If you use alot of IE only sites try the IE Tab extension.

The Twitter button I was using is no longer listed in the web store which is a shame.
I'm now using Hootsuites Hootlet which is very good as once I had set up my personal account and business accounts on the site (https://hootsuite.com) I can use the Hootlet button to tweet from all my accounts which wasn't possible with the previous button.
So that's an excellent edition to Chrome if you have multiple Twitter accounts or lots of social media accounts including Facebook and Google+, see screenshot for a full list of accounts you can add.

Something I noticed last night was adding Google+ to Hootsuite adds your pages which is very handy, I have been looking for a way to post straight to my Google+ pages.
You would think the Google+ button on the Google toolbar would allow you to do this...but no!
