I like Internet Explorer 11, much better than 10.
The Dev Tools has had a major overhaul and you have a "Inspect Element" when you right click on a page.

I've been using this for about a week now, while a lot of the Microsoft own store apps you can log in separately the SkyDrive app forced me to associate my local PC account with a Microsoft account which I really did not appreciate. And to top that off I wasn't able to install the SkyDrive desktop app either; I am assuming these issues are linked and deliberate.
However you can now browse local files through the SkyDrive Modern UI App, which is nice.
In my opinion the SkyDrive login should be left as it is in Windows 8.
I've gone back to Windows 8 until the next round of updates as it still a bit flaky on my laptop.
