So far I've been impressed, it's so much quicker than my HTC One V.
It's still missing some things I would expect like a file manager and antvirus - and no I don't buy this whole Windows 8 and Iphone don't need av because of app vetting etc, you still need av while browsing and if you are sharing a file via bluetooth the file could be infected. And besides dodgy apps have been found on the app store.
The screen is amazing and the camera at 8MP is also very good.

I'm finding it very intuitive to use.
The Facebook and Twitter apps are very nice both visually and to use.
I like the way I can share my pictures straight to my SkyDrive, very handy!

    Samsung Ativ S Review

What is it? The Samsung Ativ S is Samsung’s first Windows Phone 8 handset and it has a huge screen.
What’s great? With a vast screen and metal-like finish the Ativ S looks like a top-class smartphone.
What’s not? It’s a shame there is no 4G support, and the Samsung apps aren’t all great.

I've now been using my Samsung ATIV for about a week and I absolutly love it!
It's an excellent social media phone, linking Facebook and Twitter accounts to your MSN/Live/Hotmail account enables you to receive updates in the me app/tile. You can also post updates to Facebook and Twitter.
Being linked to your hotmail account also means you can post straight to your friends wall from their contact entry.
All in all I would definitly recommend both the Samsung ATIV and Windows Phone 8 as an OS, everything is so nicely integrated I have to say well done Microsoft on this one.

I have the Nokia Lumia 920 Winodws 8 phone

Love the phone and the OS. As soon as the apps store starts getting bigger I think it will kick off and get bigger and bigger

I loved my Samsung ATIV (and Windows Phone) so much I stuck with it and got a Nokia 930 the idea being MS OS and MS Phone, I would have liked it more if it was labelled Microsoft instead of Nokia lol.

    Back to the Nokia 930...

    CPU: Quad Core 2.2GHz Snapdragon
    RAM: 2GB
    Internal Storage: 32GB
    External: No (OneDrive)
    Screen: 5" 1920x1080
    Main Camera: 20MP
    Front Camera: 1.2MP HD Wide-Angle
    Wireless charging: built in.

Very impressed so far, the screen is lovely, and the build quality is second to none.
It's nice to see Nokia/Microsoft have made lots of Lumia apps for the camera...Lumia Panorama, Lumia Selfie, plus video editing etc.

If you are coming up for an upgrade, definitely have a look at it...Nokia 930!
