[Build Log] Arrow Lake

So, my office PC can't run Windows 11, so I'm going to upgrade my main PC and put the old parts in the office PC.
I have obviously considered going AMD because they perform so well, and I haven't had an AMD for quite some time, iirc it was an AMD FX-53.
But (I think) I have decided to go with an Arrow Lake setup. While some of the benchmarks have been hit and miss in the early reviews, I'm sure it will get better!

That's what I'm planning on atm, though I would prefer 64GB of RAM.

Typically, the motherboard I have chosen still isn't available for pre-order, at least the processor is on the way!
